【公告】九寨沟景区关于游客购票相关事宜的公告Notice on Visitor Ticket Purchase Procedures Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area

尊敬的游客朋友：

近期，各大OTA平台上架多种包含九寨沟景区门票的旅游产品。出现第三方平台为游客预订优惠套票，但购票信息与游客真实信息不符，导致游客无法正常入园，严重损害广大游客权益，扰乱景区管理秩序。为保障游客权益，九寨沟景区已敦促相关平台及时下架所有非官方系统直连、包含景区门票的各类旅游产品。

为确保游客朋友顺利入园，请广大游客朋友通过以下官方渠道购票：

1、“阿坝旅游网”官方网站及微信公众号，“九寨沟”微信公众号；

2、OTA平台：携程旅行、美团、抖音、同程、高德。

特别声明：

1、在OTA平台购票时，须认准官方认证标识。请勿通过任何第三方旅行社店铺及私人账号链接等非官方渠道购买景区门票。

2、所有游客均须实名预约，并携带本人有效身份证原件检票入园；购买优惠票及免票还须出示有效优惠证件原件核验入园。

3、伪造、冒用身份信息购买景区门票属违法行为，一经发现，将移交公安机关处理。

4、请勿相信任何低价票或“快速入园”等说法。请广大游客妥善保管个人身份信息，谨防上当受骗

Dear tourist friends:

Recently, various OTA platforms have listed a variety of tourism products that include tickets to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. There have been cases where third-party platforms booked discounted package tickets for tourists, but the ticket purchase information did not match the tourists' real information, resulting in tourists being unable to enter the scenic area normally. This has seriously damaged the rights and interests of tourists and disrupted the management order of the scenic area. In order to protect the rights and interests of tourists, Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area has urged relevant platforms to promptly remove all tourism products that are not directly connected to the official system and include tickets to the scenic area.

To ensure that tourists can enter the scenic area smoothly, we kindly ask all tourists to purchase tickets through the following official channels:

The official website and WeChat official account of "Aba Tourism Network", and the WeChat official account of "Jiuzhaigou".
OTA platforms: Ctrip, Meituan, Douyin, Tongcheng, and Gaode.

Special Announcement:

When purchasing tickets on OTA platforms, please identify the official certification mark. Do not purchase tickets to the scenic area through any non-official channels such as third-party travel agency stores and private account links.
All tourists must make real-name reservations and present the original valid ID card for ticket checking when entering the scenic area; those who purchase preferential tickets or free tickets must also present the original valid preferential certificates for verification when entering the scenic area.
It is illegal to forge or use other people's identity information to purchase tickets to the scenic area. Once discovered, the case will be transferred to the public security organs for handling.
Do not believe any claims of low-priced tickets or "fast access to the scenic area". Please keep your personal identity information safe and beware of being deceived.
