1交通安排   

正規旅遊車：7-23座（拉薩市內遊覽人數若少於4人，則改為導遊帶客人打車-打車費旅行社支付）

1. Transportation Arrangements 交通安排

  • Tibet-Specific Conditions:

    • Most tour vehicles are older (limited local fleet) and without AC (AC reduces power at high altitude; open windows to avoid altitude-related colds).

    • Interval Speed Limits: Mandatory stops (e.g., 2+ hours for XX km) – random rest breaks will be arranged.

    • Pickup Protocol: Hotel-to-hotel pickups may cause 15-30min waits; latecomers forfeit unused transport fees.

    • Baggage Limit: 1x26” suitcase + 1 backpack per person (excess luggage stored at Lhasa hotel 前台，pre-notified by guides).

下機後，工作人員會帶著高原上最熱情的笑容和那一抹高原紅，迎接您的到來。剛抵達高原的您，最需要的是放慢您的腳步、放鬆您的心情。我們會將您送至酒店，充分的休息，讓身體慢慢適應高原的氛圍。扎西德勒!!
拉薩，在藏語中為"聖地"或"佛地"之意，是西藏人心目中的聖城，更是旅行者心中的天堂。隨著青藏鐵路的開通，拉薩已非遙不可及。繁華和人潮並非拉薩的本來面目，讓我們一起去探尋它的神秘魅力。

 接送：由於西藏接送火車/飛機都由當地專業接送中心負責安排，工作人員會與您提前聯繫，請保證手機通暢。外籍及臺胞接站時需導遊，中國籍則由接站師傅直接接往酒店入住，旅行社會提前告知您酒店拿房方式，直接拿房入住酒店休息。如沒收到通知，請及時聯繫旅行社工作人員（詳見出團通知書），及時為您提供幫助。導遊會於22點前電話或短信通知第二天的集合時間。

​早前往有美譽“西藏江南”的林芝，行駛在升級版的318國道“拉林高速”上，沿著美麗的尼洋河一路南下。
【卡定溝】-天上人間（遊覽約1小時）卡定溝有“天上人間”之稱。徒步走進峽谷，山溝狹長而幽深，伴隨由遠及近的潺潺水聲儼然走進了原始森林。這里山高溝深，奇峰異石，古樹參天，甚至這里還有竹林。
【拉林高速】-中國最美高速公路作為構成川藏高級公路和滇藏高級公路的一部分，依託雪域高原壯美的自然景觀，一路景色有雪山、森林、草原。沿路慢行拍攝風景！

Morning Drive: Lhasa → Nyingchi ("Tibet’s Subtropical Paradise")

【Cadinggou Gorge】Heaven on Earth (~1-hour hike)


Dubbed "Tibet’s Hidden Eden", Cadinggou’s narrow gorge reveals:

【色季拉山】坐落在林芝縣的東面，屬於念青唐古喇山脈的一部分, 海拔4728米,站在埡口處，可以盡情地觀賞雲海、林海, 還可以遠眺海拔 7782 米2005 年被《中國地理人文雜誌》評選為“中國最美的山峰” 的南迦巴瓦峰。 
【魯朗林海】是一處雲山霧海的森林，有“叫人不想家”的美譽，整個景區如詩如畫，周邊雪山林立，溝內森林蔥蘢，林間還有整齊如人工修剪過的草甸。
【比日神山】比日神山藏语意为“猴子山”，是林芝地区享有盛名的神山，相传为莲花生所赐，可分为神山生态广场，小溪景区、唐城寺景区、经幡阵和古遗迹区，每年前往转山者络绎不绝。山内现建有林芝自然生态博物馆，陈列各种动植物标本586种，直观展示了林芝地区千姿百态的原始生态景观。半山腰俯视，可尽观八一全景，山顶上经幡云动，这些经幡都是藏民们挂上去的，一片片经幡就是他们一个个的祈求、祝福，代表着他们对神山的敬仰。
【特色美食－石鍋雞】西藏林芝地區著名美食，以手掌參和土雞為原料，經石鍋慢火燉制的魯朗石鍋雞風味非常獨特，湯味有一股淡淡的藥材清香，雞肉嫩而有彈性。燉雞用的石鍋是用一種叫做“皂石”的雲母石砍鑿而成，而這種石頭僅產於墨脫，要靠背夫從墨脫把原始石材背出來後，再由門巴族人用整塊石材手工細 心鑿制，加工時要求下手力道勻稱，一旦心急，皂石立被鑿穿，所以這種石鍋售價也非常昂貴。墨綠色的雲母石鍋，保溫性特別好，而且據說富含鎂鐵等17種礦物微量元素。

早晨在【巴松措】景區的湖光山色中醒來，（遊覽時間約1小時），巴松措景區集雪山、湖泊、森林、瀑布牧場、名勝古刹為一體，景色殊異，四時不同，屬國家級森林公園、5A級景區。 
【湖心島】－寺院私島湖心島沿順時針方向轉島，可以看到桃抱松、以前的水葬臺、樹葉上有自然形成的藏文字母的“字母樹”、蓮花生洗臉的神泉、遠山與湖水交融，島上有一座古老的【措宗貢巴寺】，可以看到西藏宗教的另一面——生殖崇拜，它們分別擺放在寺廟石階的兩側，男左女右，也是象徵對生命的尊重。

藏文化體驗】來到了拉薩，還是可以去體驗一下傳統的藏式手工藝（藏香制作、雕版印刷、了解藏文）。前往藏文化體驗館，瞭解沁人心脾的藏香是如何製作的同時，還可以親手參與製作，與購買的藏香意義截然不同。学识渊博的老师会给您介绍藏文的来历以及帮您书写藏文的祝福语或自己的藏文名。同时您也可以体验一下传统的雕版印刷。親手製作的藏香、印刷和老师书写的藏文书法，均可以帶回家作為此次西藏之行的紀念品。
【色拉寺】作為藏傳佛教格魯派6大主寺之一，也同時與哲蚌寺、甘丹寺合稱為拉薩三大寺。寺內保存有上萬個金剛佛像，其中最著名的塑像“馬頭明王”金剛像位於吉扎倉的護法神殿內，當地人會把頭伸進一個小神龕內，用頭觸碰雕像的底座。除去寺廟的莊嚴之外，色拉寺還有一大特色，即為在寺喇嘛的辯經活動。辯經場正中央有喇嘛們正在辯論知識，有的用有力的擊掌聲催促著對方的回答，有的拉動佛珠借助佛珠的力量來戰勝對方。駐足在辯經場，便是置身在熱鬧的聲音中，遊客雖無法聽懂他們的禪意，卻能真實的感受到藏傳佛教的信仰和力量。辯經時間一般從下午15:00開始。每逢週日、或偶遇寺廟臨時舉行法會、接待特定人士時，可能會取消辯經活動，敬請諒解！！！

布達拉宮（遊覽上限1小時）松贊干布用生命中一半的時間蕩平吐蕃，用另一半時間建築輝煌的宮殿和寺廟。遊走於金碧輝煌的佛殿、靈塔、寢宮和回廊之間，燈光渺渺，窗幃低垂，酥油的味道四處彌漫，好像落入了一個古老的夢境，不由自主地迷失在那些經書、佛像、壁畫和遙遠的傳說中。 
【布宮門票預訂說明】：
 布達拉宮門票實行實名預約制，需提供有效證件（身份證、戶口本或護照）進行預約，預約成功後從參觀當日起7日內無法二次預約門票，若因遊客提供錯誤資料導致無法進入布宮參觀，旅行社對此無需承擔任何責任和後果。遊覽前遊客必須要攜帶有效證件原件，若姓名或證件號與實際使用的證件不一致將無法進入參觀，門票購買費用已實際產生無法退還，敬請理解！

【羊卓雍湖】西藏三大聖湖之一的淡水湖，湖水如羊脂般清澈，湖水甘甜，可以飲用。湛藍的湖水與遠方的雪山連為一體，加上兩岸各色的山脈、極具特色的藏民族村落、遍地的牛羊，一路走來，心曠神怡。羊湖湖水面積638平方公里，湖面海拔4441米，湖岸線長達250千米。此湖也被認為是神女遺落在人間的松石耳串。站在海拔4950米的崗巴拉山頂向南眺望，羊卓雍錯像一塊鑲嵌在群峰之中的藍寶石，碧藍的湖水平滑如鏡，明藍映天。

【Tashilhunpo Monastery】​
Tashilhunpo Monastery, also known as the "Monastery of Auspicious Sumeru", is the largest monastery in the Shigatse region. It is listed among the six major monasteries of the Gelug Sect together with Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and Ganden Monastery in Lhasa, as well as Ta'er Monastery in Qinghai and Labrang Monastery in Gansu. It was initiated and built in 1447 by Gendun Drup, the First Dalai Lama and a disciple of Tsongkhapa. At its heyday, Tashilhunpo Monastery had a total of more than 3,000 rooms, over 5,000 monks, more than 50 subordinate monasteries, and more than 30 manors and pastures. Since the Fourth Panchen Lama, all subsequent Panchen Lamas have taken this monastery as their residence. Currently, Tashilhunpo Monastery has 4 Zhacangs (monastic colleges), 56 prayer halls, more than 3,600 rooms, and over 800 monks, covering a total area of 300,000 square meters.


Highlights of the Visit:


  1. Hailed as the supreme monastery in the Tsang region, it has been the residence of successive Panchen Lamas. It is also the largest monastery in the Tsang region and, together with the three major monasteries in Lhasa, is known as one of the four major monasteries in Tibet.

  2. In the Maitreya Buddha Hall, there is a bronze-cast Buddha statue. A total of 115,700 kilograms (231,400 jin) of brass and 335 kilograms (6,700 liang) of gold were used. Just for inlaying the two eyebrows of the Buddha statue, more than 1,400 diamonds, pearls and other jewels of various sizes were employed.

  3. The monastery enshrines exquisitely-shaped stupas of the Panchen Lamas, made with countless materials such as gold, silver, copper, silk, coral, pearls, agate, and turquoise.

6入藏手續    入藏函、旅行證、軍區件等所需證件的辦理部分景區需要邊防證，但西藏境內邊防證的辦理條件多變，故中國籍遊客最好能在出發前在當地公安局提前辦理好邊防證

 免費接（08:00am-22:00pm期間抵達的航班）；免費送（08:30am-22:30pm期間起飛的航班）；
2、火車（拉薩火車站）：免費接/送火車若遊客需在我社固定發團日期前抵達拉薩或結束日期後離藏，需另外支付單獨接送的費用若遊客預定的航班未在免費接送機的時間內，需另外支付單獨接送的費用、此行程為散客拼團，接送機的時候，會把相近時間段的客人安排在一起接送，客人等候的時間可能在2小時左右不等。提前1天，工作或銷售人員會提前同遊客確認接送時間，若遊客不願意等候，可提前一天通知旅行社安排單獨接送，費用自理

1. Single Room Supplement 單房差

  • 默认房型为双床 / 双人间（默认 2 人 / 间，多人间除外）。

  • Single occupancy requires paying the single supplement fee (price difference between single and twin rooms).

  • No supplement for triple/dormitory rooms (if applicable).

2. Hotel Cancellation Fees 房損

  • 酒店均为全款预付锁定，若因游客个人原因（如中途退团、提前离藏）导致未入住房间，房费全额损失，需自行承担。

  • Example: Early departure → 100% non-refundable for pre-paid nights.

3. Personal Expenses 個人消費

  • 以下费用需自理：

因布達拉宮和大昭寺都是實名預約制，請遊客朋友務必攜帶好您的有效證件原件，聽取導遊的安排，嚴格按照預約規定時刻進入參觀。
參觀時，為了便於爬行樓梯建議穿著平底鞋。服飾儀容須大方、莊重，不可短褲短裙、袒胸露背，不可穿露腳指頭的拖鞋，進殿請摘帽、取下墨鏡。
請勿在殿內大聲喧嘩、追逐、攀爬、躺臥、隨地吐痰、亂扔雜物、觸摸文物，大昭寺、布達拉宮宮殿和雪城各景點內部嚴禁拍照和攝像、觸摸文物和壁畫，不要將液體飲料帶入宮內，嚴禁吸煙或使用明火。
布達拉宮宮殿較高，上下需慢行。殿內較陰冷，即使夏季也建議準備件外套。因布達拉宮主體參觀時間限定為1小時，布達拉宮內不允許導遊在殿內長時間逗留和大聲講解，只能在外面講解完。請各位遊客文明出行，遵守文物保護單位的規定。
布達拉宮和大昭寺建築古老，通道狹窄並有許多木質樓梯，加之上下共用一個狹窄的樓梯，接納過多遊客容易造成安全隱患，所以參觀完了就盡就儘快離開，請遊客參觀和上下樓梯時一定按秩序行走，注意安全，不要擁擠
